Riesling on the rise

Pacific Rim and Riesling are almost synonomous since our client specializes in nothing but.

However they are not alone in their enthusiasm for this wine.  Renewed interest in Riesling - from its nadir in the 80’s - seems to be spreading like wildfire.

Here is Master Sommellier Michael Jordan waxing positively poetic about this wine.
